I'm Robert, the founder of Rocsoft Ltd. I've been working with AWS since the platform was young — over a decade of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure at enterprise scale.

My background is in large-scale cloud programmes delivered through Accenture's cloud practice, working on technology transformations for major enterprises. I've delivered AWS architecture and Amazon Connect contact centre solutions for organisations including Barclays and Virgin Media O2 — environments where reliability, security, and engineering rigour aren't optional.

In 2015, I started Rocsoft Ltd to work directly with clients rather than as a layer inside a large consulting structure. The result is simple: you get senior-level expertise applied directly to your problem, without the overhead of a large firm or the uncertainty of a generalist freelancer.

Alongside the consultancy, I run Rocsoft Labs — the product arm of the business, building developer-focused APIs starting with a high-quality text-to-speech service.

Rocsoft Ltd is registered on the Isle of Man, a self-governing Crown dependency in the Irish Sea. I work with clients remotely across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
